Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Nonpayment of Court Ordered Judgement

We received a court-ordered judgement from the Small Claims Court requiring the defendant in our case to make monthly payments. The defendant made only four payments (all of which were late), and now he has stopped payments all together. Phone calls to him are useless. What steps can we use through the court to collect our payment? Both he and his wife are employed and are renting a home.

Thank you for your assistance.
