Police error/

my ex had a restraining order frm my house and a orde to remove his pitbull which he did not do xmas 1997approx 8:20 my dog got out a fight followed ihad my daughter call 911 i knew the pitbull would kill him I called 911 myself the fight got into the house where i got bitten called letting them know iwas bleeding then my finger bitten off 10 phone calls 50 min later the abulence and police came i told a officer that he woud need to shoot the pit or he would kill my dogi was taken away i would take single shot to the pit head to kill him and save my dog the police shot at least 38 rounds into my house police let my ex in the house claiming they did not know about restraining orderThe police made unexcusable mistake leaving my pet dead, myself maimed $7000 of damage to my home$700 vet bill before my doberman died negligent because of the amount of time it took for them to arrive the way the situation was handled did not take the intial phone call seriously i had made it very clear that the pit would kill.I think at least 12 calls were made to 911,The disaster company has pictures of my home I think the town should be made accountable for their poor judgment

What city or town is this in?

What actions (legal or informal) have you taken before now?

WHEN?

50 minutes certainly was a long time for the police to arrive. 38 stray bullets seems like a lot, too.

Does your ex- have any money saved up or real estate? Are you getting paid alimony or child support?
