Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

I just had a serious problem with the manager, could be owner idk, of a bar. I was not at said establishment, I was trying to drop my truck off next door to be repaired. The owner of the shop told me to leave my truck in his lot to be repaired but I couldn't because the manager and his patrons were parked In the shops lot. I asked him if he could move and explained to him this angered him, he verbally assaulted me, then he retrieved a drunk patron who threatened and assaulted me, only to flash a badge quickly when threatened with the cops, who never showed up, then they manager called someone else that blocked my vehicle in and stared at me until I felt threatened enough that I just left. I was scared and was threatened, while trying to do business and was told to leave my truck in the lot, by a manager of another business, im outraged and I don't think this should happen with no consequences, what can be done?
