Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

I have been in a relationship for 19 years 16 of those years we have lived together he now has a girlfriend and wants me out. Do I have any legal rights if my name is not on the house?

Maybe - but probably not. Massachusetts does not have "common law" marriage, so you would need to prove some kind of agreement between the two of you demonstrating that you have given something of value to obtain a share of the property.
