Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

I am currently taking classes to become an EMT. I am worried about the CORI check that will be done. I was arrested a few time and each case was continued without finding. Will these show up on the Cori report if they have been dismissed?

I would take immediate steps to try to have your record sealed. The rules and procedures depend on how old the cases are, whether they were felonies or misdemeanor . If they were misdemeanors and any probation ended more than five years ago, you can file a simple for, the the Board of Probation. I'd they are more recent, you'll need to ask a judge for this. If the record is sealed it comes back as "no record" on a CORI.
