Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Citizenship/Naturalization

My dad became a US citizen or was naturalized in 1991 and I was 10 then. Do I still need to apply for my own citizenship/naturalization if he became one before I turned 18?

Re: Citizenship/Naturalization

You could be eligible to apply for your certificate of citizenship assuming you were admitted to the United States as a permanent resident and if you regularly resided in the USA in the legal and physical custody of your US Citizen parent(s).
