If I get deproted back to my country. Can I take my daughter with me?

my husband and I have lot of issues. He wants the divorce the only problem is that he wants sole custody of our kid.He tried to destroys my reputation. I have a 10 years green card. 4 years married and a child together.

He accuses me . neglect , prostitution, and fraud. Also kidnapping. he leave us 7 months ago.

Probably not, if her custody is disputed and you don't have sole custody.

In the United States, courts usually award joint custody to both parents. You need to hire a divorce lawyer.

However, why do you think you will be deported if you are a lawful permanent resident and have a 10-year green card? Are you in removal (deportation) proceedings in Immigration Court?
