how much fee that I have to pay to take my illegal immigrant's friend out of jail.

If he is in ICE's custody, that will be decided by the Immigration Judge when and if he allows to post a bail. The amount can be approximately from $1,500 to $10,000 on avarage. Please note that not everyone is granted a bail (if a person is considered a flight risk, no family or ties to the community, criminal record, etc).
