hi my name is Izabelle Rebello i have a question i was in the US for 10 years and my mom applied for a green card but it got declined so i got a removal letter to leave February 14th and the left on the 2nd my fiance is a US citizen and he wants to apply for a fiancee visa will the appove it

It depends. You need to provide additional information about your age, how old you were when you left the USA, why your mother applied for a green card, why it was denied, etc.

If you were over 18.5 years old when left the USA, you are inadmissible for 10 years. Which means that in addition to a Fiancee visa, you will need to have a Waiver approved too in order to be allowed back to USA lawfully.
