Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

I am a lawful permanent resident in the U.S and i filed petitions for my children who are of ages 8 and 18 respectively. I know that due to the preference system, it will take a longer waiting time for an immigrant visa to be available for them and i would like to know if there is any other way that can speed up the process to get them to join me earlier. Also i have two sons in the military and would like to know if they can adopt their half siblings and how long it will take for them to be approved of a visa if they can.

Before you start "strategizing" as to what is possible or not, contact a good immigration lawyer and, at the very least, get a consultation. There is nothing you can do about visa numbers, and all will depend on the country and other issues. So, before you have the children "adopted," and spend untold money doing something that may or may not work, I suggest you contact my office and see if there is a brief consultation that would help you BEFORE you do anything desperate, okay? Good luck!
