Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

I got married to my husband 09/25/2015. since the day we got married i see him at the most twice a month. the marraige was not consimated in anyway before or after we said "i do". i fell in love with his words. he told me he was going to help me pay my bills and help me with my son and i believe he truly loved me. but when i say i want to file for a divorce he gets angry and tells me no that i need to help him. it just seems he only used me to get his papers. im trying to find out what my options are. if i can get an annulement even though he dont agree or even just a regular divorce. im only 26 and i wasnt thinking i was being stupid. now i feel trapped and i cant get my self out. do you have any advice as to what i should do. i cant afford an attorney i have very low income. if you have any advice i would appreciate it.

This is a Family Law issue, not an Immigration issue, so you should contact a Family Law Attorney in Massachusetts to advise you of your options. You can also look online to see if there is a Family Law "clinic" in your area to assist you at low or no cost. Good luck!
