marrige between a naturalized citizen and an illegal immagrant.
Can a woman who is about to obtain her citizenship, and her boy friend, an illegal immigrant, get married and can he obtain his working papers and other documents. Just as if he had married a person born in america?

In order for the boyfriend to eventually be able to adjust his status, he must have entered the USA legally (with a visa). The real issue is that if he entered without inspection, as the law stands right now, his options for adjusting his status are very limited. How did he enter the country and when?
