My Vietnamese wife received her immigrant visa, we're still living in Vietnam, and her visa expires May 25, 2011. If we want to make the trip after May 25, for the reason that I'm still seeking employment in the U.S. can she get the Visa extended? If yes, what is the process?

Normally, an Immigrant Visa normally would not expire so quickly. Please clarify what type of visa she has exactly.
