Legal Question in Insurance Law in Massachusetts

for 10 years i had a life insurance metlife through my employer. also a retirementplan. last year my life insurance policy lasped, all monies was coming out of my paycheck every week. a percetage of my pay. metlife says the policy has not been paid so they were taking the money out of my cash value,to pay the policy until they no longer could do it. now the company have moved on to another invastment firm which they do not carry life insurance, so icould not take over the payment of the life insuracne policy nor received any thing for the years monies i put into the account. what can i do? please help!

Massachusetts has laws dealing with this specific situation (see generally Massachusetts G.L.c. 175). What I recommend you do is speak with an attorney. Bring your various policies to the meeting.
