How long does an Auto Insurance Co. have to settle a claim? No Injuries just vehicle damage. No tickets issued.

The insurance company is required to settle claims - where liability is reasonably clear - in a "reasonable" period of time. Hope this helps you. Reasonableness depends on the facts of each particular case.
