Car accident
Waht are statue of limitations for filing a claim for an accident that happend in 2000. Someone has claimed that I had an accident w them in year 2000, and i have just recently moved to the DC. The catch is I don't remeber hitting anyone, and my mother nad I have the same name. The papers did not specify a middle initial. Can they sue me? How should I handle? WHat is first step?
