I'm trying to open a corporation to

invest in Real Estate.Do I need to have

any insurance for for it?

Depending on the scope of the investments and corporate activities, your insurance needs will vary. Liability insurance is strongly recommended; E&O coverage for corporate directors may be appropriate depending on the planned scope of activity; workman's comp. coverage is mandatory if your corporation will have any employees.
