Legal Question in Insurance Law in Massachusetts

My garage/shed collapsed under the weight of the snow yesterday with my car inside. Who would be liable for the damage to my car and the cost to extricate it from the collapsed building?

Contact your property insurance carrier, and claim the loss. If you rent, ask your landlord to contact his property insurance carrier.
