Hit and Run
I was hit by another car and they took off leaving behind their bumper. The police located the car and it was stolen. As I have no collision insurance shouldn't the other owner of the car be responsible even though it was a stolen vehicle. Their insurance company says no. Police are still looking for the theieves.

Sorry, but you may be out of luck. The insurance company is correct. You always need to have colliison coverage. Good luck.
