Liens
If I have a valid lien on monies to be received from a bodily injury case, do I get a check made out to me?
Is the lawyer entitled to his 1/3?

If the monies you are receiving stem from the work of the attorney, he is entitled to the percentage recovery agreement found in the retainer agreement.
