Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts

If i want to reward my online customers with a gift card which i am giving not selling. From a known company such as best buy for example. What is the correct way to go about it without trademark infringement.

There is no trademark infringement if you, for example, go down to Home Depot and buy a bunch of gift cards to hand out to your own customers. The issue would be only if your advertising or other conduct suggested (falsely) a sponsorship or affiliation with Home Depot. Best wishes,
