hi

got hurt at work and i've been only light duty for almost 3 months i' ve been doing physical therapy 2 times a week.

my boss at work told me that if i don't go back to full duty after the 3 months that i am not going to get paid . but to go back i need a doctor 's aprroval and my doctor didn't my physical therapist and the doctor want me to do physical therapy for 5 days a week and 4 hrs a day.

do i still get paid even if i don't go back to work?

Employers often do this to scare employees into returning to work before they are ready, so that the employer will not pay workers' comp. I deal with this issue frequently and would be happy to speak to you about it.
