listening in on my conversations

my husband works at a mini-mart gas station that

recently installed both video and audio survelliance

cameras i know that it's legal to video but is it

against my husbands civil rights to be voice recorded?

he feels that the company has the right to video the

store because of theift but why do they have to record

the voices?

thank you

Re: listening in on my conversations

Federal wiretap law prevents audio recording and state law requires two-party consent so, even if your husband "consented" the other party would have to do so as well. In short, you are right.
