Notice period
As per my employment contract, I need to give 4 weeks of notice. I have accrued 2 weeks of vacation so can I give two weks of notice?

Read your contract. The issue of vacation pay, while a part of the contract, is not, in my mind, a part of the notice requirement. Four weeks notice is four weeks notice.
