Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

My parent's worked for a VFW.Post for over 30yrs.,7-day's a week.. In Nov.2010, the Post sold the property to KIPP. (charter school) for $1,300,000.. that left $700,000+ to purchase an other place. After being rejected by city-council for 3 places to relocate, The VFW cancelled there charter & took all the money. My ? is, What about 30+yrs of service my parents put in? This VFW is listed as A Corporation not Company, Don't my parent's have any right's to a Pension payout or some kind of payment for the 30+ yrs. of service they provided(7 day's a week)? They owe them some kind of payment, not just say see-ya,thanks & the GOV. scopes the money & leaving my parent's unable to support them selves. this is bull-s--t. There has to be a Law protecting Corporation Employee's with 30+yrs. Service being left with $0.00. Take the case if you want or tell me what I have to do. Thank You John

There is no case to take, as there is no law requiring a company pay a pension or a severance.
