Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I am a salaried employee in Massachusetts. My employer is requiring us to work 47.5 hours with two days off and a thirty minute break each day. However my paycheck only says I worked forty hours and I am required to enter 40 vacation hours when I am on vacation. So each week I am working five hours and not getting compensated for it. Is that legal?
