They need to pay you on your final day of work. The penalties for failure to pay all wages, including any commissions, sick time, vacation time, and other pay accrued and owing, are severe and may even provide for triple damages and attorney fees. As stated above, you must be paid all wages, accrued vacation pay et cetera on your last day of work.
