Un-paid weekly training
My employer had volentary training after work once a week. This was un-paid time. now the training is manditory two hours after an eight hour day once a week un-paid. Is this legal in MA.

You may be entitled to overtime. Contact the Wage and Hour administration at the office of the attorney general for advice and filing a complaint.
