Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Help me get my vacation pay

The company I work for was just sold.My new employer bought it dept free.He says that he has nothing to do with the 3 weeks vacation that was owed to me.How do I get paid for that time?Do Ihave to get a lawyer to go after my former employer and do I have to eat that cost?What legal actions should I take?

You can file a complaint with the attorney general's office. If you do hire an attorney, the law provides for attorney's fees and costs of litigation. You are welcome to contact our firm to discuss the possibility of us representing you.
