Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Was out of work for an injury not work related and when i returned to work i was put in as a sub and not given my route back. Do i have a case? There are other issues also.

You need to provide more information. How long were you out for? How long have you worked there? Does the company have at least 50 employees of 75 miles where you work? What is your position? What was the explanation given by the company?
