Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I work at a job where the paychecks bounce often, not just mine but other employees as well. What can be done?

Are you still owed money or dies the employer make good when checks bounce? Mass law requires employees to be paid regularly(generally at least every two weeks). If bouncing checks causes the payments to be late then that would be illegal. If the employer then does pay but late, then it is liable for interest on the late payment. I am interested in knowing how often the employer bounces checks, how many ployees are involved, and whether the employer than pays or is there money outstanding.
