Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I worked for a small company (husband & wife team) the husband started hitting on me when the wife wasn't around and ultimately fired me. He fought my unemployment claim and won. I also filed complaints with the eeoc and he won that as well. The only proof I have of what he did is a conversation I recorded on my iphone. To my knowledge there is no way to use this in the state of MA. Is there anything else I can do? I have seen a lot of forums about women working in small companies and all have ended the same. Due to the size of the company they weren't able to fight back. Please help.

I am not sure what you mean when you say that you lost at the EEOC. In Mass., sexual harassment claims against employers of 6 or more employees go to the MCAD. However, there is another statute that prohbits sexual harassment against indendent contractors and by employers of less than 6. I would be happy to discuss this with you; my number is 617-426-7400.
