My friend moved into an apartment with a tenacy at will agreement she has two kids and the father hasnt signed the agreement or anything he was supposed to leave now he threw her out called the cops on her and is trying to get the landlord to let him sign it she said in the beginning that there was 2 adults but that fell threw now the cops agree with him and everything what can she do

Your friend needs to file for Divorce and seek temporary support and require the husband to vacate the apartment.
She needs to go see an attorney.
