We Moved into a tenancy this past june sigend a month to month lease myself my husband and my infant I asked the kandlord if she planned to use the premises again and she said she couldn't imagine moving back in now it's been less than a year and I have been told by her family she plans to push us out in june she is always hanging around and we can't belive she is doing this who would move there family for just one year I am pregannt and due in june I thought month to month was for us to decide not her to

A month to month tenancy can be terminated by either side with apprpriate notice

Either party may terminate the tenancy by providing the other with written notice. The law requires at least 30 days written notice, but not less than one rental period.
