Question on home rental, only 10 days left for my lease getting expire the leasing office increased $213 on my renewal rent.

Try re-posting again with a question. It sounds like your landlord is willing to enter into a new lease with you, and that s/he is requesting a higher rent amount, but it isn't clear what your question is.
