If you have a lease, he must honor it. If you are a tenant at will, you will have to move.

Re: What are my rights?

if you have a lease he has to honor it. If you are a Tenant at will, he will have to evict you and you can delay the process and ask the Court for up to six months. if you are elderly or have a disability you may get up to a year.

One way forward is to suggest to the landlord he defray your moving expenses and refund some rent so you can afford to move in his time period.

Good Luck.
