Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

How Many times in one year can you evict a tentant

I own a 3 family home and there was a restraining order I had out against my estranged husband. I was collecting the rents and I acturally was taking care of the house since 1997. Now the probate court allowed him to collect the rents and he raised there rent this month. and is triying to evict the tenant on the 1st. floor and he has receipts of all rents paid. He raised his rent from $700.00 to $900.00. Furthermore, he never fixes anything. I want to protect my tenants because I brought them in and they are clean, pay on time and do not like him running the house

Retain an attorney to file a complaint for modification in the probate Court. Good Luck!
