Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

me and my young family son 2 1/2 daughter 3 months old descovered toxic black mold which we had tested and came back very high readings of the charts due to leaking pipes and other probs, we had to vacate our rental property and everything in it 6 weeks ago and have been homeless and sick for weeks knowone has givein us any anserws let alone help causing all of us to become very stressed out bouncing from house to house the landlord has turned there backs on us saying its not there prob we contacted one lawyer but he seems to want money not to help my family we have nothing because we were told not to take anything my kids are suffering and i have no options leaft do i have any rights and who can help
