if you injure a student of a residential
special needs school specifically you
are accused of breaking that students
wrist and the hospital that processes
that student files a 51a suspicion of
abuse can you be put in jail or what
is the most severe punishment?

Assault and Battery on a disabled person would be the most likely criminal charge and could carry jail time. Speak to a lawyer BEFORE speaking to DSS or any police/investigator.
