Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Massachusetts

misdiagnoses
i was in the hospital a week and a half ago and was diagnosed with kidney stones in both kidneys, i also am aware of a tumor in my left kidney, and a small umbilical hernia. well yesterday i was brought by ambulance to a different hospital in severe abdominal pain. they performed a cat scan there and released me saying that there was nothing wrong with me. when i already have my paper work from the other hospital sayng there is several things wrong with me. do i have a lawsuit seems how they discharge with no medication and saying there was nothing wrong with me?
