Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Massachusetts

Typo made by court causes arrest

Can the court be held liable for damages done to me because, when a typographical error on their part was made, a court summons failed to get mailed to the correct address, causing an arrest, loss of income, and other personal damages?

I would disagree. The court is mostly immune to such actions, as an agent of the state. A typical example deals with the warrant management system where errors are too common.
