Legal Question in Military Law in Massachusetts

Re-entry code 2B

I was discharge from the United States Air Force on 7OCT04 and wish to re-enter the service. My separation code is JKN and my re-entry code is 2B. What steps need to be taken to re-enter, everyone I have spoken with has told me it is near impossible and I do not believe this.

Thanks.

Re: Re-entry code 2B

It is impossible to answer your question based upon the information posted. Both the "separation" code and "re-entry" codes must be addressed, so the first question is, why and under what basis were you discharged? Second, what is the characterization of your discharge, e.g., Honorable, General under Honorable Conditions, etc.; and finally, what disciplinary record, if any, do you have, e.g., Letters of Reprimand, Article 15's etc.? No one can honestly answer your questions without all of the above information - email me at [email protected] with it, and I will be able to give you a more detailed and informative response.

Thank you,

Don Rehkopf
