1992 rape

backin1992i wasraped and said to someone that this personraped me.i was 21and still a virgin when this happenedthey are saying that i was with more than one person the night before i was raped,butall iknow was what happened to me in the morningwhen i wasraped.so the rapist quits his job and leaves the state.he quit his job, but how is that my fault.what was he afraid of if these pictures do exist. iam telling you because he did drug and rape me. any innocent man would have went to the police with these pictures but he screwed. he sat back and waited 6yrs to come forward and say that he quit his job and left the state and is/has sued me.i never got any paperwork to go to court. i have been followed and harrassed by everyone.i dont know why its my fault that he quit his job because he was working a different job and i know this because he was arrested for being in a drug circle that was working out of the bank he was working in.it was in the jan 17,1997 boston herald. everyone has told me that the stat of lim is up.iheard he was awarded5mill.he gets all of our things, my parents things and my whole family has to leave mass and parents have to pay jdmt they are going to kill me please help theres alot more that wont fit in here help

There is a three year statute of limitation, but there are exceptions to this limit. One of the limits could be if the person left the state, the statute could stop, until he returned back to the state. If you want to file a civil action against him, there are various factors that need to be considered. If you want the police to take an action, you should go to the police station where the assault occurred and speak to an office in charge of such action.
