Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I need a new atty!!! Help!!!!

There is not enough space to tell the whole story so here goes,I was rearended (a no brainer) and the opposing insurance asked me three days later what i wanted to do to settle, I figured ''get an atty'' being I never had an Ins. Co. want to settle so soon. Well, I went to one of those high profile tv atty's and found this guy is condecending towards me, has blatently lied to me reapetedly. I explained to my atty that I needed a doctor as I had prior injuries (comp fractures and others) and he recommended his and this Dr said he couldn't or wouldn't do anything for me and my atty now won't even admit he sent me to this Dr. well, I have needed a Dr from the beginning and had made this clear and my atty has yet to provide me with another name and now so much time has passed, I found my own dr and my atty now says that ''Based on the injury provided, any surgery you now undergo is extremely unlikely to be relatable to the accident'' and I say hog wash! My atty tells me that I can't settle on the grounds that the Ins co pays for future medical bill pertaining to injuries from my accident and he is very condecending towards me as well as his staff, he tells me he is the boss, I hired him, Please there is more, I beg you to help me! Please!
