What claim might I have after chocking on a chicken bone in chicken salad fro Fresh Market? I called to let them know about it and they called me to say they were sorry and offered me $200.00 .What should I do they told me to think about what I want.

Based on these facts, the market may very well be responsible for your injuries. It appears, however, that your injuries are limited. If you momentarily choked on the bone but were otherwise fine, then you suffered minimal damages and you might consider taking their offer or requesting $500. If, however, you cracked any teeth, suffered any cuts in your mouth or gums, then the case has higher potential because you have been seriously injured. Did you have to go to the emergency room? Are there any medical bills?
