Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I was driving in the far right lane on a 4 lane road 2 lanes going north 2 going south theres was ice on the road,there was a company truck in front of me on the lane next to me, both of us travelling in the same direction i was about 20-30 ft behind the truck, the company truck lost control and made a 180 degree turn the rear end of the truck ended up in my lane, and thats when my vehicle collided with the truck, the damage on my vehicle is on the front drivers side and on the company truck is on the rear drivers side no police report.My insurance company completed their liability investigation and found the other driver 100% at fault for the accident. they tell me to contact the other drivers company to pursue damages i call them and they tell me their driver is not at fault since it was me that hit him so they dont want to pay for any of my damages how should i pursue this situation?
