Legal Question in Product Liability in Massachusetts
I filed a claim in a drug settlement action in May 2010. In August of the same year, I engaged a law firm to expedite my claim. I was told it would take approximately 2-3 months to resolve. When I call to check on the progress of the claim I am given the same answer, that it will be another couple of months. Am I wrong to expect to be brought up to date in a relatively timely manner; and do I haave any recourse? I live in MA., the company is in PA, and the law firm is in CA.
