my boyfriend has a stay away order for domestic assault can the landlord evict me. I want to continue living there, been there 5 years. Original lease was in his name, but been tenant at will for 6 years

If you are a tenant at will then the landlord can evict you with thirty day notice without a reason. You should continue to pay rent.
