flooding

if i bought by house from a seller who sold his house and didnt tell me the whole yards floods is there recourse?

You may well have recourse against this seller if the condition was not disclosed to you (or to your realtor). Did the seller use a realtor (or were there any realtors involved in the sale), or was this a "For Sale By Owner" situation?
