Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

What legal actions can I take against a condo management group if they aren't fixing a leak? It has been 3 weeks and nothing.

Sometimes following certain procedures will indicate to recalcitrant property managers that you are serious about taking action. In order to really answer your question, I need to see your condo docs. Email me, and include your phone number and two times you might have available to talk if you want to discuss it further. I agree. You can send them a 93A letter of demand, or you can repair it and file suit to recover.

Retain an attorney to review all condo docs and make appropriate contact with the trustees on your behalf. Good Luck!
